Description

Award notice is to inform industry that a sole source bridge modification for services has been awarded under the authority 10 USC 3204 as implemented by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This modification is a as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification, and was not awarded competitively. The rationale for the non-competitive award and CPFF nature of the contract is the work is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract action. Please note that this information is consistent with the Contract Action Report (CAR) at FPDS, and will be made public. In accordance with FAR 5.301(d)(3), this notification is being issued to provide the redacted Justification for this effort.
