DSDSS Consolidation Determination and Findings

Background
The U.S. Census Bureau has established the Center for Enterprise Dissemination (CED) to develop and implement state-of-the-art tools for the dissemination of Census Bureau products. The purpose of this procurement is for the U.S. Census Bureau’s (USCB) Center for Enterprise Dissemination (CED) and the Census Enterprise Dissemination and Consumer Innovation (CEDSCI, an office within CED) to establish a contract that provides enterprise dissemination systems development and support services. This procurement provides the highly skilled technical resources that develop and maintain the systems and tools that enable the safe and efficient dissemination of Census Bureau data to the public.

Work Details
The contract will provide services to support the development and operational IT support for two main functions within CED: disclosure avoidance and data dissemination. The contract is structured into seven task areas which include Task Order Management, Transition In\Out, Ad-Hoc Support, Agile Design and Development Teams, Operations and Maintenance Support, Surge Support for Agile Teams (Optional), and CED IT Support.
