Background
This is a preliminary Sources Sought Notice seeking Masonry contractors suitable to perform the work listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is forthcoming, and will include adequate time to host a site visit and address all Q&A.

Work Details
The project aims to repair/restore the entirety of the installation brick wall, decorative base caps, and prep/repaint top mounted fence (Iron) adjacent to Route #1. Additionally, it includes repair/restoration of brick steps at the front of building #42 (Bellwood Manor). The brick wall along the east side of the installation facing Rt. #1 needs restoration/repair due to issues such as spalling/cracking of bricks and mortar joints, deteriorating decorative wall caps, and areas needing concrete removed from previous repairs.
Specific requirements for the contractor include:
- Washing/cleaning both sides of the brick wall
- Removing and replacing damaged/cracked brick
- Removing concrete from the wall in areas where repairs were completed using concrete
- Re-pointing masonry joints
- Power washing
- Cleaning off loose debris
- Applying masonry bonding agent
- Painting the decorative wall caps and wrought iron fence with approved paint
