DSCA Enterprise Financial Support Services

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested vendors to provide Enterprise Financial Support services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s Comptroller Division. The contract aims to support the DSCA's Financial user community with technical, administrative, and professional services for sustaining operations.

Work Details
The tasks include project and task management, development and sustainment of DSCA End-to-End Business Enterprise Architecture, comprehensive management, analysis, and strategic support for FMS Surcharge Accounts, DSCA Financial Business Systems SME review, and support for 632(b) Agreements and Memoranda of Request (MOR). The contractor will also provide expert consultation on the technical and functional components of the DSCA Financial Business systems to enhance efficiency and auditability.
