Dry Support Bridge (DSB) Vehicles Supplies and Technical Support Services

Background
The Army Contracting Command – Red River Army Depot (ACC-RRAD) located in Texarkana, TX is conducting market research to identify parties interested in providing technical support, training, and delivery of supplies in support of RRAD’s DSB Vehicle program. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Directorate for Logistics RRAD’s DBS Vehicle program is seeking a non-personal Services contract to provide Technical Support (TS), Training, and Logistics Support services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide technical support, training, and logistics support services at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. This includes remaining on-site at RRAD to provide training and support during the base year, and as-needed support via video conference in the subsequent two years.
Training will cover teardown, inspection, rebuild/test, and final inspection phases. Logistics support will include furnishing all OEM WFEL and Non-WFEL parts and materials required by RRAD to support the reset operations of Dry Support Bridge (DSB) Vehicles.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is one base year (12 months) and one option year (12 months). The contractor shall provide continuous TS, delivery of supplies with genuine OEM and/or OEM approved equal parts in support of RRAD’s DSB Vehicles. Training will only be needed inside the base year and will not carry over into the option years.
