Background
This solicitation is issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for the dry dock repairs of the USCGC Warren Deyampert, a cutter that requires maintenance and repair services to ensure operational readiness.

The goal of this contract is to provide a facility capable of accommodating the vessel for necessary repairs while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a facility accessible from a navigable waterway where the USCGC Warren Deyampert can safely arrive, lie afloat, and depart at all states of tide at any time.

The facility must have a minimum water depth of 12 feet and a minimum height clearance of 60 feet. Specific tasks include: addressing anticipated breaches of the cutter's Fire Protection Boundaries, such as hull access cuts and impacted hull fittings; implementing risk mitigation strategies like removal of cables/hoses at the end of each workday or installation of temporary fire curtains; and ensuring compliance with all technical requirements outlined in the specifications.

The contractor must demonstrate technical capability, past performance on similar projects, and provide a comprehensive project planning document that outlines their understanding of critical work sequences.
