The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY& IMF) releases a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contract to perform the dismantling and erection of the McDonough (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Construction Hoist and replacement of the safety devices. The Construction Hoist is a McDonough model NOV3242 eUPF7 in the Dry Docks, which is inclusive of the landing gate/enclosure, tower mast, elevator car, base frame, buffer stand, tie-ins and all peripherals and electrical components.

This posting serves as a solicitation notice in association with the sources sought notice N32253-24-003 and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204.

This requirement is unrestricted, full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors .The Product Service Code is J035 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Service And Trade Equipment.

This requirement is for five years. The tentative Period of Performance is 03 September 2024 through 02 September 2029.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS DPN 4/25/2024, and NMCARS 18-22.

• Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 14 August 2024 10AM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST)..

• Contract award will be in accordance with 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.
