This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1QA, NAICS Code: 237990. JOB DESCRIPTION: The project is located along Dry Creek, just downstream of Warm Springs Dam near Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California. The main objective of the project is to restore stream and floodplain habitat for fish and wildlife, including threatened and endangered salmon, along approximately one mile of Dry Creek. The habitat restoration features planned for the project includes construction of stream side channels, riffles, backwaters and alcoves to slow the speed of the water to create refuge for young fish. The features will be constructed using natural materials such as logs and rocks. Bank stabilization measures will prevent or reduce erosion and provide vegetation cover. The majority of the construction will occur on privately owned vineyard property.

This requirement is for a Small Business Set-Aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about April 8, 2022 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

The site visit will be held within 10 days after the solicitation is posted. The location, date, time will be provided when solicitation is posted.

ALL BIDS will be due on/about May 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
