Drupal Web Content Management Services (WebCMS)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking Drupal Web Content Management Services (WebCMS) through a Request for Quote (RFQ) process. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain support for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the EPA's WebCMS. The RFQ has been set-aside for Small Business GSA Holders and is being competed on GSA's Federal Supply Category Multiple Award Schedule.

The previous services were included in a Time and Materials (T&M) type Task Order, and for this follow-on requirement, the EPA intends to establish one Task Order against the awardee's GSA schedule contract. The Task Order will include a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The anticipated Task Order will consist of Time & Materials (T&M) with ceiling pricing and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type Contract Line Items (CLIN).

The Government estimates that approximately 4,672 labor hours will be required for the base period, with 3,750 labor hours for each of the two option years, totaling 12,172 labor hours. The RFQ provides detailed instructions on how contractors should prepare their quotes, including the organization of volumes and the content required in each volume.
