Description

The Related Notice ID requirement (W9133L25R4005 - Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Specimen Collection Services - Sources Sought) has been cancelled for Fiscal Year 25. We appreciate the abundance of resposnes and interest we have received form interested parties throguhout the months. We ask that you remain vigilant to our DODAAC, W9133L, for new and related opportunities in the near future. Thank you again for your interest and expertise.

Background
The Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Specimen Collection Services is a requirement issued by the Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, through the National Guard Bureau (NGB). The goal of this contract is to support the Air National Guard's objectives in managing drug demand reduction efforts. This sources sought notice aims to identify small business interest and capability for providing these support services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary for comprehensive specimen collection, packaging, on-site management, and implementation programs to support the Air National Guard (ANG) Office of the Air Surgeon (NGB/SG). This includes delivering administrative, professional, and technical support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the ANG Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). The contractor will not be supervised by government personnel; instead, contractor employees will be accountable solely to their employer. The contractor's management must ensure compliance with performance standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
