This solicitation W91CRB-22-R-5020, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Slovenia under FMS Case Designator S3-B-UWG, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE22047. This requirement is for the procurement of AN/VAS-5B(V)2 DRIVER VISION ENHANCER (DVE) SYSTEMS.

Attached are the solicitation and Required Items spreadsheet. The Required Items spreadsheet MUST be completed and returned when submitting proposal.

See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.beta.sam.gov/).

Background
This solicitation W91CRB-22-R-5020 is a Firm Fixed Price contract under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
It is managed by the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) of the U.S. Army on behalf of the Republic of Slovenia under FMS Case S3-B-UWG, ARP AE22047, for the procurement of AN/VAS-5B(V)2 Driver Vision Enhancer systems.

Work Details
CLIN 0001: Thirty-seven (37) each AN/VAS-5B(V)2 Driver Vision Enhancer (DVE) systems.
Each DVE shall include: one DVE Sensor Module (NSN 5855-01-661-4313) infrared thermal camera; one Display Control Module (NSN 5980-01-525-1688); one Bracket Assembly (NSN 5340-01-620-4911); one Electronics Components Assembly (NSN 5998-01-591-2293).
Plus all required installation/mounting hardware, ancillary equipment, and cable assemblies needed for installation in Joint Light Tactical Vehicles.
Packaging shall conform to ASTM D 3951-18.
FOB origin.
Inspection and acceptance at origin by DCMA.

Period of Performance
Delivery of all 37 systems by 01 October 2023.

Place of Performance
FOB origin; final delivery to the Republic of Slovenia for installation in Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV).
