Dredge Potter Subsistence FY25 - FY30   3

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Louis District is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of entering into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for subsistence supplies for the Dredge Potter.

The goal is to ensure the Dredge Potter receives regular grocery deliveries during its operational season, which typically runs from July through December.

Work Details
The contractor will provide weekly grocery deliveries directly to the Dredge Potter via a contractor-provided motor vessel.

Deliveries must include perishable items with a shelf life of at least seven days and non-perishable items with a shelf life of at least 30 days from the date of delivery.

Typical items requested may include those listed in 'Appendix A - Grocery List'.

The contractor must ensure compliance with all maritime safety and regulatory requirements, including communication with the Dredge Potter during transport and coordination for offloading goods.

The anticipated order value ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 per week, with a call order limit of $250,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover the annual dredging season from FY25 to FY30.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will primarily occur along the Mississippi River from Mile 300.0 (Saverton, MO) to Mile 0.0 (Cairo, IL) and along the Illinois River from Mile 0.0 (Grafton, IL) to Mile 80.2 (La Grange Lock and Dam), with potential extensions into adjacent USACE districts.
