Amendment 0001 amends the solicitation as followed:

1. HSAR 3052.223-70 has been moved to Section H, FAR 52.244-6, FAR 52.203-17, FAR 52.219-14 have been updated and/or replaced, and FAR 52.204-26 has been added in Section K.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform maintenance dredging of the USCG Station New Haven Boat Basin. The dredge quantity is estimated to be approximately 7,500 CY. Dredging shall be performed by mechanical means to the horizontal and vertical limits shown on the Drawings. Disposal of the dredge material shall be off-site at an upland disposal facility in accordance with the State and Federal Permits (Appendix A). The Contractor is responsible for identifying and retaining a disposal facility to accept the dredge sediment.

The date set for receipt of bids is 20 AUGUST 2024 at 2:00 p.m EST. Award is anticipated to be made late AUGUST 2024 or early SEPTEMBER 2024. The performance period is estimated to be 140 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for the Base Item.

This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications, drawings, and applicable Wage Determinations incorporated herein, can be accessed for download as Attachments of this IFB at the following site: https://www.sam.gov. Vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management database through https://www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract.

THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUEST.
