ACC-APG Huachuca Division is issuing this Draft Solicitation to provide industry the most up-to-date anticipated documents for familiarization and for informational purposes only.

This DRAFT release is believed to be a 90%+ complete and correct set of documents. That is, these documents are substantially complete and are presented as they are anticipated to be released in an official RFP. However, potential Offerors are cautioned that any or all of the documents may be modified prior to release of the official RFP and that all dates noted in this DRAFT RFP are subject to change. Should information change within the documents between this draft release and the release of an official RFP, the Government will make every attempt to note the changes on the affected document via track changes or other notations.

This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. At this time we are unable to entertain questions.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Responses to this RFP are not requested. There will be no questions and no telephone calls accepted. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with actions taken in regard to this notice. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. To protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentations will be made. Do not submit any pricing or other proposal information in response to this DRAFT.

The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of information received or to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The Solicitation and attached requirements documents are subject to change upon publication of the final solicitation.
