Next Generation Water Prediction Capability The purpose of this Draft Solicitation is to provide to industry advanced notice of this acquisition and the opportunity to start planning. The Government is not seeking general feedback at this time. However, questions are being requested in advance of questions and answers during the solicitation phase. Any questions related to this Draft Solicitation shall be submitted by email to both Contract Specialist Toni Miller at toni.miller@noaa.gov and Contracting Officer Angela Royster at angela.royster@noaa.gov as soon as possible but no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on 17 March 2023. The Government recommends that the Offeror ensures that questions are written to enable a clear understanding as to the Offeror's issues or concerns with the referenced area of the RFQ. Answers will be provided to all eligible vendors as soon as practicable following official release of the solicitation. Phone inquiries are not permitted. The final solicitation is expected to be released in Spring 2023. Attachments 2 and 3 will be provided in native formats after Phase 1 has been completed.
