The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking comprehensive support services for their Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Field Support Directorate (FSD). The services required include planning, building, testing, deployment, stabilization of workstation changes, software distribution, patch management, service management, and program and administrative management tasks. The contract opportunity specifically focuses on End User Device IT Management Services.

The contract will be awarded through a streamlined two-phase Request for Quote (RFQ) process. Phase I is mandatory for participation in Phase II. Interested offerors must submit Volume I and II of their quotes via email by 12:00 PM EDT on March 01, 2024.

The Period of Performance for this contract is from May 20, 2024 to May 19, 2029. The Base Period will be from May 20, 2024 to September 19, 2024, with option periods available from September 20, 2024 to May 19, 2029.
