Draft RFP TEC II Services   3

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is hosting a virtual pre-solicitation conference for the Test, Evaluation, and Certification (TEC) II Services requirement. The purpose of this conference is to provide additional information regarding the TEC II Services requirements to interested parties. The conference will take place on April 12, 2021, via Microsoft Teams.

Work Details
The contract involves providing System Administration and Support Services (Help/Service Desk) for Testbed Operations, including day-to-day lab/customer interface for service requests and feedback, technical assistance, and test event coordination and support.

The objective is to modify the existing Performance Work Statement (PWS) for JPN 4TB17-1 and exercise Option Year 3 of the TEC Task. The contract will also require detailed invoicing that identifies monthly & cumulative fee, labor rates, labor hours per labor category, names, and hours per employee. Additionally, contractors must provide a Transition-In Plan as part of their proposal to ensure no disruption to the JITC mission.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one base period and up to nine option periods of one year duration each, with an additional option period of six months duration and one six-month extension.

Place of Performance
The place of performance may include various locations as specified in task orders issued against the contract.
