The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Belvoir Division, is releasing this DRAFT Request for Proposal (dRFP) on behalf of Project Manager Expeditionary Energy and Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2), specifically Product Director Small Expeditionary Power Sources (PD SEPS), in response to RFI W909MY-21-R-0008 Small Tactical Electrical Power 3-Kilowatt Tactical Power Source (STEP 3kW TPS) issued 4 February 2021.

The contents of this requests shall not be interpreted as an authorization to commence work, nor shall it serve as the basis for a future claim against the Government.

The Government will review questions and publicly post responses shortly after the response deadline listed on this notice. Telephonic inquiries will not receive a response.
