DRAFT RFP Fort Benning Aviation Maintenance Services Contract   3

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Fort Benning Aviation Maintenance and Logistics Support Contract. The DRAFT RFP is not a formal solicitation; it is used to gather industry feedback prior to the release of the formal solicitation. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses from interested vendors are not offers and the Government has no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.

Work Details
The primary requirement of this contract is to provide aircraft maintenance and logistics services in support of aviation/related ground support operations at Fort Benning, Georgia for the MDS H60 series aircraft, quality of 15 aircraft assigned. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, materiel, parts, supplies, transportation, and equipment, except as provided herein as Government Furnished Property (GFP) or provided via the Federal Supply System, to perform all field and approved sustainment maintenance IAW AR 750-1 of all assigned aircraft and maintenance of all associated aviation and ground support equipment.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be over multiple years as indicated by the various options listed in the Supplies/Services section.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Fort Benning, Georgia (GA); satellite locations at Dahlonega GA and Eglin Florida (FL); to include other locations as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and approved by the Contracting Officer (KO), not to exceed the Local flying areas as defined by a radius of 300 nautical miles from Fort Benning.
