Draft PWS Review Needed for ATF Geospatial Services

Background
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is requesting assistance in building a Base and Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a future requirement. The PWS is to support specific scientific and technical services of the National Geospatial Intelligence Branch, Criminal Intelligence Division, ATF. Included in this requirement are services such as Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing, including analysis and development, data management, data entry, and data acquisition. This is a non-personnel service.

Work Details
The contractor shall assist in performing various scientific and technical aspects of Geographical Information Systems Development and Analysis, and support of the National Geospatial Data Branch in Washington DC. The contract requires a contractor to furnish all planning, supervision, and labor to perform Geographical Information Systems Development and Analysis, and support of the National Coastal Mapping and Dredge Quality Management Programs.

Period of Performance
Normal working hours for the ATF Headquarters Office Building are from 0630 - 1715 Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The tasks performed under this contract will be in support of the GIS requirement at ATF. The contract may require work outside of normal working hours to meet applicable deadlines.

Place of Performance
The tasks may be performed anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as outside of the United States. Much of the work will be performed in Mobile, AL and Kiln, MS.
