The Department of Navy (DoN), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office PMA- 226, Adversary Integrated Product Team (IPT) seeks potential sources to provide F-16A/B/C/D Contractor Logistic Services (CLS) and Aircraft Maintenance services. The Contractor will provide these support services to the F-16 Adversary fleet that consists of fourteen (14) F-16A/B and twenty-six (26) F-16C/D aircraft. The DoN anticipates future aircraft of up to fourteen (14) F-16A/B, twenty-six (26) F-16C/D aircraft, and thirteen (13) F-16C. The Contractor shall provide Organizational (O), selected Intermediate (I), and limited Depot (D) level maintenance, and logistics support services for the F-16 A/B/C/D aircraft based at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV and possible future site NAS Lemoore, CA. The Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 procedures. The anticipated period of performance is an ordering period of a five (5) year base period, with one (1), three (3) year option ordering period. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, size standard $35M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J015, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components.
