MARCH 12, 2020 UPDATE - RESPONSES TO INDUSTRY SUBMITTED QUESTIONS REGARDING DRAFT RFP N00030-20-R-0015 ADDED AS AN ATTACHMENT BELOW.

The Government in presently finalizing the full and open competitive solicitation for the FY21-FY25 Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP) support requirements which will be issued under solicitation number N00030-20-R-0015. The solicitation will include a Base Year FY21 effort and four one-year follow-on annual Option periods. The contract type will be CPFF Level of Effort (i.e. Term) and is anticipated to initiate 1 October 2020.

The purpose of this posting is to provide Industry an opportunity to obtain an understanding of the NTIP support requirements and review and comment on the most salient solicitation documents for the tentative solicitation which are the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS), DRAFT Sections L and M, and DRAFT Attachment 1 Pricing Model. Please review the enclosed documents and provide any questions or clarifications to daniel.vola@ssp.navy.mil no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 3 March 2020. NOTE: All industry comments must be submitted in writing and solely submitted to the identified email address. No verbal responses shall be provided. Responses to Industry feedback will be posted to the FBO as soon as practicable after the closing date of 3 March 2020.
