Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering period for support for NAVAIR Digital Department Support Services. The scope of the contract includes digital transformation planning and execution; enterprise alignment; technology exploration, acceleration, and integration; digital/IT consultation; business intelligence; application portfolio management; software modernization; systems integration; Enterprise Architecture (EA) design and management; web management; Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)/Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) program management; Unified Communications (UC), IT Operations; cybersecurity; cloud services; multi-layer security support, maintenance functions; network security; automation; digital modeling and virtual environment support; talent management; change management; data analytics and integration; artificial intelligence (AI), business process management and improvement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide various types of support including digital transformation planning and execution, enterprise alignment, technology exploration, acceleration, and integration, digital/IT consultation, business intelligence, application portfolio management, software modernization, systems integration, Enterprise Architecture (EA) design and management, web management, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)/Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) program management, Unified Communications (UC), IT Operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, multi-layer security support, maintenance functions, network security, automation, digital modeling and virtual environment support, talent management, change management, data analytics and integration, artificial intelligence (AI), business process management and improvement.
Work will be performed at Government site and Contractor site within the Continental United States.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-year ordering period.

Place of Performance
Services are required in support of numerous current and planned initiatives across various locations including Patuxent River, MD remote facilities (St. Inigoes, Solomon’s Island Naval Center), China Lake CA, San Diego/North Island CA, Point Mugu CA, Jacksonville FL, Cherry Point NC, Lakehurst NJ, Orlando FL.
