Description

This is a draft RFP for The Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Battlespace Division. This acquisition will augment the Government?s capabilities in Avionics and Sensor Systems Engineering and Product development to include Software (processing, development, and sustainment of software tools) that are multi-faceted and focused on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft technologies that transition to the Fleet.
Background
This is a draft RFP for The Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Battlespace Division. This acquisition will augment the Government’s capabilities in Avionics and Sensor Systems Engineering and Product development to include Software (processing, development, and sustainment of software tools) that are multi-faceted and focused on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft technologies that transition to the Fleet.

Work Details
The contract includes cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) and cost reimbursement line items. Both performance-based delivery orders (DOs) and non-performance based level of effort task orders (TOs) will be issued under this contract. The contract will result in placement of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The work involves research, design, development, test, integration, delivery, and support of unique sensors and mission systems for naval air platforms, including Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA), Multi-mission Helicopters (H-60), and other air platforms.

Period of Performance
The anticipated award date for this contract is 30 April 2025. Please note that this is an estimated date and is subject to change.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations as required by individual task orders.
