DRAFT: N00421-24-R-0038 NAWCAD WOLF Integration and Production Follow-On   2

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) WOLF Combat Integration and Identification Systems (CI IDS) Division operates under the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) model. The mission of this division is to provide system integration, production support services, and technical management for CI IDS systems and equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective support for various programs sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD), including the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and other government entities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
- system integration
- production and fabrication
- in-service engineering
- training
- logistics engineering
- testing
- repair
- laboratory and test bed management
- quality assurance (QA)
- quality management
- frequency spectrum authorization
- technical management for CI IDS systems.

Specific systems mentioned include AN/APX-118 and AN/APX-123(V) Transponder Sets, various interrogator sets, centralized identification friend or foe (IFF) systems, and communications/navigation RF avionics flight line testers. The contractor must maintain a SECRET facility clearance and ensure personnel have the necessary security clearances prior to accessing classified information. The contractor will also be responsible for providing training materials and conducting training sessions for personnel involved with these systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on June 30, 2030, and will continue for a period of 60 months after the start of the ordering period. Each individual task order will have its own specified period of performance.

Place of Performance
Approximately 93% of work will be performed at government sites including NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD, with 7% at contractor sites within 50 ground transportable miles.
