Background
The NAWCAD WOLF Combat Integration and Identification Systems (CI and IDS) Division, operating under the oLSI model, has a requirement to provide installation and certification support. This requirement includes the installation and certification of systems and sub-systems; provisioning of training materials; provisioning of technical manuals; system support and technical assistance; and shipping support services.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to have a SECRET facility clearance and a SECRET clearance for personnel identified in Section C Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 3.2.2 prior to issuance of a task order under this contract. The contractor will not be permitted access to classified information until a final DD254 is incorporated as an attachment to the contract. The contract includes CLINs 0001, 0007, and 0012, which contain the overall ceiling for CLINs 0002-0005, 0008-0011, and 0013-0016 respectively. The contract also outlines negotiated rates for different labor categories at various sites over a period of five years. The ordering procedures for cost plus fixed fee term LOE orders are detailed, including requirements for contractor response to proposed orders within specific timeframes.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence on 01 February 2025 and shall continue for a period of 60 months after the start of the ordering period. However, the period of performance may be extended through the option provisions contained herein. Each individual task order will have its own period of performance.

Place of Performance
Approximately 53% of work will be performed at Government site and 47% at contractor site.
The work locations include NAWCAD WOLF, St. Inigoes, Maryland; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; Pascagoula, MS; Bath, ME.
