Background
The Space C2 Program Office is issuing a solicitation for the establishment of a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) to support the Space Systems Command. The goal of this contract is to provide continuous operational support and ensure effective management of network operations.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Delivery of 24/7 NOC support for a duration of 60 months, under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee pricing arrangement.
2. ODC/Travel support for 60 months under a Cost No Fee pricing arrangement.
3. GSA Contract Access Fee (CAF) to be proposed at 0.1% in response to all task order solicitations, billed separately on every invoice.
