Description

The Contracting Specialist has determined from market research conducted that support services on the Draeger Perseus system located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Birmingham, AL (Birmingham VA Healthcare System) shall be performed by manufacturer trained service engineers. The work requires that the vendor provides all hardware and support for the equipment that is proprietary in nature. Due to the proprietary nature of the equipment, only Draeger, the manufacturer, is Authorized and qualified to maintain the system and all hardware and service. The only company that is authorized and Certified for providing these services is Draeger.
