USTRANSCOM is currently conducting market research to determine if small business sources exist with the capability to satisfy USTRANSCOM's requirements for sustainment, development, and architectural upgrade of the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) Increment III. Interested small businesses shall demonstrate successful performance in the areas included on the attached RFI. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response.
