The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking technical support services for its Traffic Records Electronic Data Transfer Program. The purpose of this contract is to provide support to NHTSA's Traffic Records program, which includes tasks such as measuring states' alignment to the Model Minimum Uniform Crash Criteria (MMUCC), creating a prototype of a MMUCC compliant electronic crash form, researching pre-crash data elements, updating state traffic records program advisory and assessment procedure manuals, updating model performance measures for state crash data systems, updating the traffic records strategic planning training guide for states, examining characteristics of state crash data linkage systems, updating the crash outcome data evaluation system (CODES), and updating the model impaired driver records information system (MIDRIS).
