The Southwest Supply Acquisition Center (SSAC) Region 7 is seeking an automated system to assign orders for Security Containers to contracts based on the National Stock Number (NSN). The system will import orders from a provided platform and recommend an assigned contract number and price based on the NSN group, previous sales, and assigned allocation percentage. The assigned contract and price will be used to generate a Purchase Order (PO) to the vendor. The system should have the capability to upload order information from an Excel or CSV file, migrate information from the current legacy system, assign orders to vendors based on specific criteria, generate various reports, export data into Excel or CSV files, and allow manual input, update, or deletion of order information.

The place of performance for this opportunity is the General Services Administration Office Building in Fort Worth, Texas. The government will not cover travel-related expenses. The current system is unable to allocate orders per the loaded percentage and re-programming is not cost-effective or time-efficient. The desired system should be able to assign orders based on specific steps and criteria, calculate percentages for each vendor, sort vendors in descending order based on their percentage, allow user override of assigned vendors, generate various reports on active or archived information, export data into Excel or CSV files, and allow for manual input, update, or deletion of order information. The system should also have the capability to archive order, vendor, and product information by selecting Group Number and assign vendors to order assignment groups.
