The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and NHTSA ccmMercury Data Migration for project management, systems development, operations, maintenance, enhancements, training, technical support, and transition support. The EDMS is a web-based Microsoft Dynamics application used to control and manage official correspondence to and from DOT officials. The scope of work includes project management support services, system development and maintenance services, technical support, training, and transition support. The period of performance and place of performance are not specified in the summary.

The contractor will provide project management support services including risk management, cost management, scope management, schedule management, quality management, requirements management, communication management, change management, stakeholder management, product management, and resource management. They will also participate in regular project meetings to discuss status updates and specifications.
