The Diplomatic Security Service (DS) of the US Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide training for Foreign Service National Investigators (FSNI's) at the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) in Blackstone, VA. The training courses include the FSNI Basic Course (OT-510), a 12-day class for newly hired FSNI's, and the FSNI In Service Course (OT-515), a 5-day class for experienced FSNI's. The training will focus on enhancing the investigators' ability to interview and investigate locally employed staff and third country nationals. The contractor will be responsible for providing instructors, training materials, and conducting practical exercises. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years, starting around June 1, 2023.
