DOS FSI - Audiovisual Support Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Department of State (DOS), is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a forthcoming contract. This contract is aimed at supporting the Audiovisual Facility at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). The overall goal of this initiative is to enhance and maintain audiovisual services, which are critical for the effective training and development of foreign service professionals. By leveraging this market research, DOS seeks to gather insights and identify capable vendors who can meet the specific needs outlined in their Performance Work Statement.

The type of work requested involves comprehensive audiovisual support services. This includes maintaining and operating audiovisual equipment, providing technical support during events, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to support training activities. The contractor will be expected to manage various types of equipment such as projectors, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and other related technologies essential for delivering high-quality training experiences at FSI.

Moreover, the contract will be structured as a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) with a proposed base year followed by four additional ordering periods. This structure allows flexibility in procuring services as needed while ensuring continuity in support over an extended period. The selected vendor will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and learning experiences through reliable audiovisual solutions.
