DOS - Business Process Improvement & Optional Support - Market Research

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is seeking program management support services to enhance its business processes and implement change management strategies. The support services will be provided across various units within ECA, including the Front Office with Public Affairs and Strategic Communications (PASC), which oversees outreach efforts; the Policy Unit that aligns exchange programs with foreign policy; Academic Programs that sponsor educational exchanges; Professional and Cultural Exchanges conducting people-to-people interactions; Private Sector Exchange managing the Exchange Visitor Program; and the Executive Office providing administrative support.
