This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-23-Q-0305. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code 332510 Hardware Manufacturing is applicable and business size is 750 employees. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 9 September 2023 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Brand Name/Sole Source Procurement for removal and replacement of the existing Saflok MT Magstripe 760/770 Series electronic key card door locks and Key Management System (KMS) desktop central processing unit (CPU), to include the installation and programming of new Dormakaba Ilco proximity hotel Front Desk Unit (FDU) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) door locks, located in Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Buildings 300, 302, 203 and 304 at Naval Base Point Loma Main Base, NRSW.

Delivery: FOB Destination.

Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government.

Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
