Door Repair - Pre-Bid Site Visit Conference Slides and Attendance Roster

Background
The 169th Fighter Wing of the South Carolina Air National Guard is seeking contractor services for the repair, replacement, and installation of entry and rollup doors across multiple buildings at McEntire Joint National Guard Base. This initiative supports their mission of operating 24 F16 aircraft for tactical operations both domestically and internationally. The project aims to enhance facility functionality and safety by addressing existing door issues.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Installation of a new entry door at Building 1155.
- Repair of a rollup door at Building 210, which has suffered damage due to separation from its drum.
- Replacement of two corroded exterior doors with 3/0 exterior grade doors at Building 210, along with rekeying existing hardware.
- Painting five smaller drive-through bay doors and seven entrance doors at Building 210 to match existing finishes.
- Repairing the backside roll-up door and painting three roll-up doors and four walk-through doors at Building 212.
- Replacement of SKIF doors at Building 249 with new rated doors.
- Repainting hangar doors on maintenance dock (8 panel doors) and phase dock (4 panel doors) due to deterioration from lack of maintenance.
- Additional repairs include replacing egress back access door assembly at Building 253, repairing access door at Building 259, fixing hardware issues on the roll-up door at Building 984, and repainting various other facility doors as specified in the detailed scope.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence within ten calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed within a total period of 90 days.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at McEntire Joint National Guard Base located in Eastover, South Carolina.
