Door Actuator SSA Mt Vernon

Background
The contract is issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the installation of door actuators at the Social Security Administration (SSA) office located in Mount Vernon, WA.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply all time, equipment, and materials necessary for the purchase and installation of five door actuators at the SSA office.

The specific tasks include:
1. Traveling to the job site and reporting to the main point of contact at SSA.
2. Providing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment needed for installation.

The installation will consist of two actuators at the employee entrance, two at the employee restrooms, and one at the employee entrance to the public space. All work must be completed during normal working hours (Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm) and must be coordinated with GSA in advance.

Period of Performance
The work should commence as soon as possible and must be completed within 45 calendar days from the notice to proceed (NTP).
