Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on the TSA Electronic Baggage Screening Program support task order under the PELSS BPA (70T01026A7672N001-70T01026F7672N005), awarded to Global Systems Technologies for $9,056,937 (07/16/26–09/15/27). The prior work is focused on Electronic Baggage Screening Program support, which aligns with this Industry Day’s agenda topics covering Electronic Baggage Screening Program planning guidelines and checkpoint design standards updates, suggesting the event may build on ongoing engagement and coordination activities related to those same program requirements.
