Description

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a solicitation for estimated 450 EA DOLLY JACK (4 TON) and estimated 1350 EA DOLLY JACK (10 TON). The solicitation is for a five-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract. The NAICS code for this item is 333998. The manufacturer part numbers for the DOLLY JACK (4 TON) and DOLLY JACK (10 TON) are 0579A0000 and 0578A0000 respectively. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing this solicitation as a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-25-R-0004. The proposed action will result in a five-year Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with a technical data package.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.

Background
