DOJ - PSOB Legal Services Support - MRAS

This task requires a commitment over a potential period of five years, starting with one base year followed by four option years. The goal is to facilitate efficient claim adjudication processes at various levels including initial determinations, appeals to Hearing Officers, and further appeals to the BJA Director.

Enacted in 1976, the PSOB Act has been pivotal in highlighting the value communities place on public safety officers' contributions.
