DOJ/OJP Program Management, Administrative, and Clerical Support

The opportunity is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the Department of Justice's Office of Justice Programs (OJP). The BPA is for program management, administrative, and clerical support services. The BPA is set aside for businesses in the 8(a) program. The estimated value of the BPA is $50 million, and the period of performance is from June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2026. The place of performance will be determined at the order level. The BPA structure allows for fixed-price, time-and-material, or labor hour type orders.

The BPA requires services in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW) that includes program management, administrative, and clerical services for various offices and bureaus within OJP. These include the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), National Institute of Justice (NIJ), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), and Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART). The SOW outlines the general requirements and tasks to be performed under the BPA.

The BPA allows for multiple option periods, with each period having a one-year duration. The total duration of the BPA will not exceed the Contractor's GSA MAS Federal Supply Schedule period of performance. The government anticipates awarding the BPA by June 1, 2021.
