Additionally, there is an emphasis on infrastructure-as-code practices that support compliance-as-code frameworks, FinOps strategies for financial operations management, monitoring dashboards for real-time insights, DevOps release management processes, data migration strategies, and AI-enabling innovations.
OCIO has identified several business challenges that this contract aims to address. Currently operating under a product model intended to be more responsive to user needs and operational efficiency goals has revealed gaps in informed investment prioritization leading to budgetary inefficiencies due to duplicate products. Furthermore, there are challenges related to measuring product performance accurately or managing costs effectively which result in suboptimal decision-making processes.
