DOJ FBI - 2025 Cyber Training Courses - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is conducting market research to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) Cyber Division, specifically the Cyber Education and Training Unit (CETU). The FBI's mission encompasses protecting the United States against terrorist threats and foreign intelligence operations, enforcing criminal laws, and providing leadership in criminal justice services. This initiative is part of their broader effort to enhance capabilities in cyber investigations by equipping law enforcement personnel with essential skills to address complex cyber threats.

The primary objective of this solicitation is to acquire services that will support CETU's efforts in delivering comprehensive cyber training programs. The focus is on developing a robust curriculum that includes both internal FBI courses and external contractor-led classes. These training programs are designed for Cyber Investigators, comprising FBI employees and Federally deputized Task Force Officers, who are responsible for conducting computer intrusion investigations. With an estimated 500 to 600 students per year, CETU aims to ensure these investigators are well-prepared to tackle sophisticated cyber challenges.

This contract will be structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement, emphasizing the delivery of other/general training services tailored to meet the needs of the Cyber Education and Training Unit. By leveraging external expertise alongside internal resources, CETU seeks to maintain a high standard of education that aligns with its mission objectives. This approach ensures that all participants receive up-to-date knowledge and skills necessary for effective cyber investigation.
