DOJ EOUSA - USABudget Program Support - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing specialized support for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). Established in 1953, the EOUSA serves as a crucial liaison between the DOJ in Washington, D.C., and the 93 United States Attorneys across various jurisdictions, including all 50 states and several U.S. territories. The overarching goal of this initiative is to enhance the EOUSA's financial management capabilities through improved lifecycle management and technical expertise.

The primary focus of this solicitation is to secure a contractor that can deliver comprehensive lifecycle management services for the USABudget application. This application is integral to the EOUSA's operations as it handles budget allocation, planning, tracking, cost projections, and reporting functions for United States Attorney's Offices (USAOs) nationwide. Within this framework, the contractor will collaborate closely with the Financial Systems Support Group (FSSG) under EOUSA's Resource Management and Planning staff. Key responsibilities include assessing emerging financial automation initiatives' impact on current business practices, facilitating new system designs, coordinating implementation strategies with stakeholders, and administering training programs for new automated financial applications.
