DOJ EOIR Certification of Records and FOIA Copying Services

Background
The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is a component of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that conducts immigration proceedings. The Board of Immigration Appeal (BIA) is a component of EOIR and performs administrative review of immigration proceedings. The Office of the General Counsel (OGC), a component of EOIR, represents EOIR and its Director. The Office for Immigration Litigation (OIL), a separate component of the DOJ, litigates immigration-related matters before the federal courts.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing FOIA Copying and ROP Certification support services for DOJ’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), necessary to fulfill EOIR’s programmatic requirements. This involves providing certification processing of records, redacting information on the records copied, storing the copies on a secure server, providing courier services, converting audio recordings to digitized formats, and providing on-site administrative support to EOIR as it relates to the processing of certification and FOIA requests or adjudication of matters with BIA and the OGC.
