DOJ - DEA EHRS Support Services - Market Research

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking an Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) to support the provision of medical examinations, clearance tracking, encounter documentation, and storage of electronic medical records. The EHRS must meet the criteria to be an official system of record for the DEA and will be used to hold medical records gained through the DEA's daily operations. The vendor must have experience providing EHRS in an Occupational Health Focused Environment, with expertise in Employer Site Clinics. The place of performance for this contract is the DEA Health Services Unit located at DEA Headquarters in Arlington, VA. The base period of performance is one year with four one-year options thereafter. The vendor will be responsible for providing program management, reporting, and coordination with DEA authorities. At the end of the contract, the vendor will be required to provide phase-out support for up to 90 days and negotiate transition services with a successor contractor.
