Description

The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) is seeking a contractor to provide technical assistance to their Research Labs program. The NEA Research Labs program supports transdisciplinary research teams in generating and disseminating new knowledge about the value and impact of the arts. The contractor will be responsible for promoting collaboration and technical assistance among the labs, aligning deliverables with long-term goals, and developing various techniques for distributing research results. They will also conduct needs assessments, provide networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, offer trainings and professional development, and assist with communications efforts. Additionally, the contractor will plan and execute an in-person convening of new NEA Research Labs.

The contract will require a Project Director and Project Manager who have significant experience in implementing and managing projects of similar size and complexity. The contractor must ensure that all personnel are adequately trained for their tasks. The government reserves the right to reassess the qualifications and performance of contractor personnel and may require replacements if necessary.
