DOI - ANG Security Forces Analytical Support Services - MRAS

The Department of the Interior (DOI), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to identify capable providers for a contract supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) Security Forces Division. The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the ANG's readiness by ensuring that its Security Forces units are well-prepared for mobilization during national emergencies and in support of the National Defense Strategy. The contract emphasizes compliance with Air Force and Department of Defense regulatory requirements, thereby necessitating robust analytical support services.

The scope of work involves providing comprehensive Security Forces Analytical Support Services to the NGB/A4S staff. This includes supplying all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control measures to deliver these services effectively. The contractor is expected to perform tasks that bolster compliance and operational efficiency within ANG Security Forces squadrons. This will involve detailed analysis and support aimed at facilitating the division's objectives as part of broader national defense efforts.

Performance under this contract will take place primarily at the Air National Guard Readiness Center located at Joint Base Andrews or other approved government or military locations with connectivity to U.S. Air Force systems. The contractor must ensure uninterrupted service delivery during standard working hours from Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. holidays and instances when government facilities are closed due to emergencies or administrative reasons. Telework opportunities are available under this contract as part of a Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) strategy to maintain mission-critical operations during significant national events.

In addition to adhering strictly to performance standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractors must develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that ensures all services meet contractual requirements consistently. This includes implementing preventive measures against service defects and ensuring compliance with installation regulations concerning safety, security, traffic, and fire protocols while on-site at government facilities.
