The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Electricity (OE) is seeking communications and event planning support services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items to support OE's communications and event planning efforts. The objective is to provide communications and event planning in support of OE Office and Departmental goals. The BPA covers a broad range of performance areas including communications materials and management, media relations and stakeholder engagement, executive communications, multimedia and graphic design products, web-based and digital services, research and evaluation, technical writing, meetings and conferences, BPA management, and transition support.

The BPA consists of a one-year base ordering period with four one-year optional ordering periods. The place of performance will be identified in each BPA order, which may be at the contractor's site or at the DOE headquarters in Washington, D.C. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating contract and project kick-off meetings, preparing monthly progress reports, and convening technical status meetings as needed. The contractor will also be required to develop and maintain a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the performance standards outlined in the BPA.
